这道料理不使用米饭作为基底,改由沙拉菜代替,使用姜蒜、蜜糖和橄榄油腌过的鸡腿肉,在下锅煎的时候,不需再下油类,也可以煎出焦香多汁的肉质,加上酸甜浆果、菠萝蜜用来搭配青绿色的沙拉菜,在小朋友们的眼中,不再核突,有的只是像彩虹一般绚丽、然后大口开吃。

    Directions

    Step 1

    将所有的酱汁材料混合均匀,接着放进雪柜,冷藏备用。Mix all the sauce ingredients evenly, keep in the refrigerator for later use.

    Step 2

    下腌料将已洗净抹干的鸡肉腌制20分钟,备用。To marinate the cleaned and dried chicken for 20 minutes, set aside.

    Step 3

    使用干锅,下将作法2的鸡肉放入锅内,煎至出油、熟透,上碟备用。Using a dry pan to fry until oily and cooked, put on a plate for later use.

    Step 4

    将所有材料准备好;黄瓜切片、菠萝蜜撕成条状,浆果切半,备用。Prepare all the ingredients; slice cucumber, tear jackfruit into strips, cut berries in half and set aside.

    Step 5

    取一大碗,依次序先将沙拉菜平放在最底部,接着摆上各种主菜/配菜,享用前,淋上酱汁即可。Take a large bowl and place the salad vegetables on the bottom, follow by main dishes/side dishes. Drizzle with mix sauce before serving.
